As a maneuver, can only be played after a successfully played card or if you reversed a card to end your opponent's last turn and this is the first card played of your turn. 
As a reversal, reverse any Run-in card and end your opponent's turn. 
When successfully played, put 1 Pre-match Manager or 1 card with the words "guest ringside announcer" in the title from your opponent's Ring area into his Ringside pile.
