Reversal: Action

Reverse any non-Set-up Action card and end your opponent's turn. 

When this card is in your Ring area, when any player successfully plays a non-Set-up Action card, he may remove the top 2 cards of his Arsenal from the game. If he does not, his opponent shuffles up to 2 cards from his Ringside pile into his Arsenal.
